What are the characteristics of the heat transfer process?

Due to the characteristics of short process and simple operation, heat transfer is the process with the widest application range and the most use scenarios in the clothing customization industry. Heat transfer patterns are all over the streets, but most people are not familiar with the heat transfer process except in the clothing industry. What is the heat transfer process? What are the characteristics?

1.The printing principle of heat transfer process

Heat transfer process is a kind of heat transfer printing. Heat transfer and heat transfer are shared by heat transfer. Since heat sublimation is less used in the clothing customization industry, heat transfer in general clothing customization process is equivalent to heat transfer.

The principle of the heat transfer process is to place the pattern in a carrier and transfer it to the fabric using a heat transfer machine under certain high temperature conditions.

The carrier is generally divided into two types, one is heat transfer film and the other is film.

Heat transfer dtf pet film: No need to open the plate, the quality of the pattern is determined by the material of the heat transfer film, the quality requirements are low, and transfer paper is usually used for transfer, and the color fastness and elastic recovery are poor. High-end heat transfer films include PVC film, TPU film, PU film, etc., with good color fastness and good tensile strength.

Film: Heat transfer made of film as a carrier is also called offset heat transfer. Offset heat transfer is screen printing on release film, and the production principle is closer to screen printing. Offset heat transfer needs to be more expensive than heat transfer film, which is suitable for group clothing customization with a large number of customizations.

2.What are the characteristics of heat transfer

1. The color of the heat transfer process is relatively rich, and multiple colors can be printed at the same time, so it has good compatibility with various patterns, and is suitable for printing patterns with rich colors and distinct layers.

2. Fewer processes, high printing speed, more environmentally friendly paste, and less pollution emissions.

3. The heat transfer pattern is gel-like, and the printing area is relatively airtight, so it is not suitable for large-scale printing.

4. High-quality heat transfer is washable, sun-resistant and has good color fastness.
