Dear friend, do you have problems with your
dtf printer or
sublimaiton printer during printing?
PrintWant wants to tell you the reason for the color difference in the image output of the digital printer today:
1. Paste head, caused by frequent nozzle cleaning
Frequent cleaning of the print head is necessary if there is a phenomenon such as sticky head and
ink broken,
but this will cause color difference in the picture. Because before and after cleaning the nozzle,
the printing effect will be quite different. It is recommended to check the printer before working,
and reproduce it after confirming that it is correct. Secondly, you need to purchase quality-guaranteed inks when selecting inks.
2. The quality of the medium
Inferior media, poor ink absorption performance results in uneven ink staining, and the image is also prone to chromatic aberration.
3.The ink supply system is unstable (especially the ink level)
The liquid level of the ink cartridge will affect the ink supply power of the nozzle and directly affect the printing effect.
The color when the liquid level is high is darker than the color when the liquid level is low, which causes the color difference of the picture.
4.Other processing has been done during printing
Changing media (largely stitched pictures), changing ink, too long pauses or too frequent pauses during the printing process can also cause color differences in the image.
5.The working voltage of the print head is unstable or the voltage is changed during printing
The working voltage of the print head directly affects the ejection strength of the ink droplets (especially the piezoelectric print head),
and from the overall visual effect, there will be different shades and different definitions.
6. Screen splicing
The same picture, different machines or under different conditions to complete the printing (mainly for large pictures that need to be spliced), even if it is the same model of different printers, the printing effect is different.
hope these information could help you solve problem, if you still have problems, please contact us freely.
