Printwant Direct To Film(DTF)

Digital heat transfer ink (DTF) process:
Printing color and white paint ink on the digital heat transfer film, combined with powdering, transfer printing and other supporting processes, realizes the production and processing of textile digital heat transfer clothing.
①Digital printing (color first, then white)
②Sprinkle powder and shake powder
③Pre-drying
④Fully drying (temperature: 140-150℃, time: 3-5 minutes)
⑤Pressing (temperature: 160-180 ℃, time: 10-20 seconds).


Digital Heat Transfer Ink (DTF)
1. The ink is stable, and the ink does not flow during the printing process;
2. The printing heat transfer film will not return oil when stored;
3. The printing is soft to the touch and has good elasticity.
