New Technology-DTF Printing Transfer Paper
Nanjing Rainbow Digital Technology Limited has developed a new product to replace dtf pet film.It is called DTF paper.Maybe you have heard and tested some of them. Now,it is more advanced and reasonable in price.
As we all know, there are a large number of different products circulating on the DTF market. Generally, an opaque film will give better results as it tends to have more ink receptive coating, but there are some exceptions. The ink is deposited as small droplets, coalesces into large droplets, and flows directly off the film without leaving a trace. This is actually impressive.
A lot of films have loose powder coats that cause uneven prints and some areas just refuse to absorb. Handling this film is difficult, powder is constantly being thrown off, and fingertips leave fingerprints on the film.
Some films start out perfect, but deform and blister during curing. In particular, DTF films of this type appear to have lower melting temperatures than DTF powders.
Sure, some films did great throughout testing, but when transferring prints to clothing, they stuck to T-shirts so much that they almost created their own new thick and glossy heat transfer printing technique.
The DTF paper has solved the above problems, it can better serve your customers and bring more lucrative profits. If you have any question, please feel free to contact PrintWant.
